Blast from the Past

So today we travel to the northeastern states of India. Unfortunately, the article I'm putting up today can barely do justice to the cuisine of these states as it lumps food from the 'seven sisters' into one 2-page article. I find that it is woefully short and misses out on the intricacies of the individual cuisines of these states and the various communities that form them. But it still IS interesting to read.
