Blast from the Past

Today, we move to the state of Tamil Nadu which is famous the world over for its Dosa, Rasam and Sambhar. This particular article covers the second rung of famous Tamil delicacies like Tamarind Rice and Payasam. I just love food from this state. One of my favourite combinations, while growing up, was Lemon Rice and Sambar.
