Blast from the Past

So today we travel to Madhya Pradesh. This particular article has one of my all-time favourite recipes called 'Bhutte Ka Kees'. Of course, there are slight variations to this recipe, including the one I grew up eating. But overall, it is a delightful recipe for anyone who is obsessed with corn (and by corn, I don't mean the American variety that is so profusely available today). This is the link.
