Eggplant-Bell Pepper

Oh, so I tried that baingan and shimla mirch combination, my own variation of the recipe of course! It turned out great. I took 2 medium-sized eggplants (the striped, thorny ones) and 2 medium-sized green bell peppers; sautéed 1 small chopped onion, added some turmeric-chilli powder-salt, added the chopped veggies. Then, I let them cook until they were done (uncovered) and added some amchur powder. Loved the combination!
