Today, I'm putting up an article on Oriya food. I'll be honest: my knowledge about this kind of cuisine is limited but I do know that Orissa is famous for its food (courtesy a friend of mine who grew up there), and that the Oriya people love their fish and rice. And I confess that prior to reading this article, I (mistakenly) thought that Oriya cuisine had influences of the Bengali cuisine. You can read this article at this link.
