Blast from the Past

Today, I'm putting up an article on Sindhi cuisine. I love Sindhi food - the Dal-Pakwaan (always reminds me of my Nana and of Jaipur), the Sindhi Kadhi, the Sai Bhaji! The fact that Sindhi Kadhi does not use any yogurt and contains mixed vegetables itself makes the cuisine so unique. Then, there is the taste of this chicken curry that I had at a Sindhi couple's home long, long back. And despite numerous tries, I have still not been able to pull off Sai Bhaji.
