A Happy Diwali to all!
I apologize for not having put up an article for this series on Friday. I had gone out of town (for which I'd be doing a post very soon) and it completely slipped my mind.
So, today, instead of travelling to another state, I decided to put up a different kind of article. It is called 'Confessions of a Food Critic'; a short piece, where the author does not write about food itself, but about the activity of food criticing.
