Blast from the Past

So today we move to Karnataka. Karnataka is famous for its food, especially for the variety of different cuisines that make it. Special attention: The Mutton Bafat, which is a dish made by Mangalorean Christians and the Coorgi Pork Curry. This is the link to the aritcle.

I'm also putting up a link to another article today. This one is about the cuisine of Kutch, which is like its people, rustic, hardy and simple. Check out the recipes for the Kod Na Gayada and the Lasan Ni Chutney. This is the link to the article.

There are two reasons why I'm putting up these two together.
1. Kutch was not included in the article on Gujarat and as we move southwards, it was important to put this up before it became too late.
2. Both articles that have been put up today are sort of enmeshed. I apologize for any confusion this creates. But each of the two articles have portions that are continued under the other. So it was necessary I put this up here.

I hope you enjoy both articles.
