Blast from the Past

I apologize for not putting this up on Friday. I had been extremely busy and so, I'm putting it up today.

From Gujarat, we move into the state of Maharashtra (which is also my present home). I should've added 'the land of the Bharli Vangi' to the title, but stopped myself. Yes people, even though it does not have the recipes for Prawns Koliwada and Kolhapuri Chicken, I think the presence of the 'Bharli Vangi' in this article really makes it worth it. I love, love, love the 'Bharli Vangi' and I hope you are able to try it out as well.
