Blast from the Past

Today we journey to the state that I've always wanted to visit - Sikkim. There's just so much about the place that attracts me - the mountains, the weather, the culture, and the food. The most popular export from Sikkim are the momos. And I remember poring over a recipe of Gyakhog in the now-fabled red recipe book belonging to my parents.This article, again, is too short to do justice to the cuisine of Sikkim, but it covers the essentials, I guess.
