Blast from the Past

This week's article is on Parsi food.What do I associate Parsi food with? - Dhansak, Salli Boti, Keema Par Eedu, Patra Ni Machchi. But its sad I haven't really tried half these delicacies. Its a pity that despite being in Mumbai for so long, my only association with this fabulous cuisine has been the Britannia Restaurant at Ballard Estate. Oh, I can wax eloquent about the Salli Boti and the Berry Pulav that I had here, but that is for another occasion. Right now, its time for some Parsi recipes and some insights about the cuisine itself. Here is the link.
