So from Rajasthan, today we move to Gujarat, the land of the garba and the farsans, the undhiya, dhokla and khandvi.Oh I mustn't forget the theplas, they've been my companions on many a bus journey. Gujarat can be my second home, I've spent so much time there. What I remember most is the time that I spend in Baroda during my undergrad. The food that the University hostel mess prepared was amongst the best food you can get at a university hostel. So when people crib about their mess fare, I for once, have absolutely nothing to add.
