Happy Holi!

A very happy belated Holi to all! I hope this Holi was lovely for everyone. It was for me and I am thankful for it.
I tried my very first 'gujiyas' over the Holi weekend. And let me tell you, they are NOT as easy to make as they are to eat! But my first batch turned out fine. Not great, just fine.

Sorry about the MIA act though. This week has been very tough. Extremely busy at work and down with flu as well. Not a very good combination. Will return next week. 

Until then, two interesting articles that I read recently. First one about the Complete English breakfast and the other about  Mangalorean Food. The latter is mostly because I may take a trip to Mangalore in early April and I really cannot wait! I've heard and read so much about the food there. Oh, I hope, I hope, the trip is possible.
